Most gout attacks last between 4 to 10 days before they go away.

You can help your gout by drinking some cherry juice as cherry juice has been a home remedy for gout sufferers for many years.

My dad suffers from gout and his doctor suggested he drink a glass of cherry juice to help it go away and keep it from coming back.

Sometimes he doesn't have the gout attacks as often when drinking cherry juice but when he does the gout usually goes away within a few days instead of the 10 days that his gout attacks used to last.

Some people may only have one gout attack per lifetime but then sometimes the gout may occur more often if the gout is more severe.

Medications for the gout attack can help but you should also drink some cherry juice as it's more natural and really does help with gout.
