If you need a bath or shower to keep clean then there's no harm in taking a bath or shower everyday and it's best for hygiene reasons.
If you're not really dirty then you can skip a day or two of taking a bath or shower and you'll be fine as it's been shown to dry out your skin if you bathe or shower everyday.
But you can use moisturizing shampoo for your hair and moisturizing soap for your bath or shower to help keep your skin from drying out from bathing or showering everyday.
I usually shower everyday and then on the weekends will soak in a bath of bubble bath as it makes me feel much better and relaxed.
My skin is perfectly fine even though I shower everyday and bathe on the weekends for about 30 minutes.
