No a human woman cannot get pregnant from a dogs sperm.
The humans sperm and a dogs sperm is made up differently and if a human woman got dog sperm inside her vagina there's no way that the dogs sperm could fertilize the woman's egg.
So although you don't want to have intercourse with a dog the good news is that if the dog were to penetrate a human woman then they would not wind up pregnant with a half dog half human baby.
That would be really bizarre and I'm so glad that only humans can get other humans pregnant and no other species can get a human woman pregnant with their sperm.
