The normal healthy level of PSA for a man of 60 years old and above is between 2.5-3.5

A PSA level for a man under 60 is supposed to be around 0-2.5

Essentially any level that is below 4.0 is considered to be a healthy normal level for any man of any age but as you get older and reach 60 and above your PSA levels can naturally and normally increase.

If your PSA levels get above 4.0 then something could be wrong but as long as they stay 4.0 or lower everything should be just fine.

Any PSA levels that are 4.0 or above or between 4.0 to 10.0 ng/mL is not considered to be good or normal and might suggest the possibility of prostate cancer.
