Yes sometimes when a man has an enlarged prostate they may have sexual problems including erectile dysfunction which makes it hard to have sex with a woman properly.

In that case you may have to take some pills to help with the erection if you're having trouble getting an erection naturally.

Studies have shown that when a man has an enlarged prostate most of the men who do have the enlarged prostate experience erectile dysfunction and need pills or other things to help give them an erection.

If you are suddenly experiencing erectile dysfunction and have a hard time getting an erection naturally then it's possible that you could have an enlarged prostate.

I would get the prostate checked out because an an enlarged prostate can also lead to urinary incontinence as well and sometimes but not all the time they can lead to cancer of the prostate.

In some of these cases, monitoring is recommended.

Other types of prostate cancer are aggressive and require radiation, surgery, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or other treatments.

The prostate cancer can be cured, when detected and treated early.
