When I was taking Vitamin D I took the Vitamin D daily for a few weeks and then started taking it once per week which is what my doctor suggested.
Taking the Vitamin D weekly or everyday is okay and it really doesn't matter unless you need more Vitamin D and then in that case you should take the Vitamin D everyday to increase your Vitamin D levels.
But if you just need a little bit of Vitamin D then taking the Vitamin D once per week should be good enough.
There's certainly no harm in taking Vitamin D supplements everyday if you want too as you'll not overdose on it but I would not recommend taking more than one Vitamin D supplement everyday.
I found though that tapering off to just one Vitamin D supplement per week was good enough for me but you'll improve your health if you do take the Vitamin D supplements everyday.
