Yes caress soap is very safe for toddlers and I used it to wash my toddlers once they reached 1 year of age and beyond.
Caress soap is a wonderful soap and much better than other commercial available soaps and I found that the caress soap never caused any skin irritation like some other soaps that were more harsh.
When the baby is under 1 year old it's best to use baby soap that is more gentle on the babies sensitive skin but once they get to 12 months of age they can use any soap to wash their skin with.
During the first 12 months of the babies life it's best to use baby wash or mild soaps that don't lather up which are more gentle on the babies skin.
Then after that you can use any soap you desire that your toddler is not allergic too.
