How can I get used to sleeping in diapers?

I'm a diaper lover and wear diapers during the day for fun. I love to wear diapers and want to start sleeping in diapers but I always end up taking the disposable diaper off because I can't seem to get to sleep with the diaper on?

I sleep in diapers most nights now and it took me some time to get used to it.

You need to distract your mind away from the diaper. I always found that my mind would be thinking about the diaper constantly and how great it felt to be in the diaper.

I had to start thinking of other things to finally get to sleep. I also started taking sleeping pills so I would get to sleep no matter what.

Then after time passed and I wore a diaper for awhile my mind didn't pay much attention to the diaper and it wasn't as distracting as it was before.

Just give it time and you should get used to wearing the diaper at night.

If not then it's okay too you just might have to take it off and wear during the day. Although wearing both at night and day is fun.
