Urinating every hour is sometimes normal if you drink a lot of fluid.
If I drink coffee for example which is a diuretic I have to pee every 30 minutes because coffee goes right through me but if I avoid coffee I can go 1 to 2 hours without needing to urinate.
If you're not drinking coffee or anything else diuretic or haven't increased your fluid intake and have just started suddenly peeing every hour then you might have a bladder issue and should see a doctor.
But peeing every hour or urinating every hour can be normal for some people because the more you drink the more you need to pee.
There's no really set time or amount of times a person pees in the day as some pee every hour some pee every 2 or 3 hours and so on and so forth.
But if it just started suddenly happening and you could go longer than an hour without urinating then it would be a good idea to tell your doctor.
