Yes oil diffusers can help you to sleep especially when you're suffering from insomnia and have trouble sleeping.

I used to need sleeping pills to help me sleep due to my insomnia some nights but a friend suggested I use an essential oil diffuser as she said it helps her to sleep and fall asleep fast and stay asleep.

She said the essential oil diffuser helped calm her and relax her as she drifted off to sleep within 30 minutes and has gotten a good nights sleep and woke up refreshed.

So after her experience I bought my own essential oil diffuser and gave it a try and the first night of using the essential oil diffuser in my room I fell asleep within 20 minutes myself and it did actually relax me and make me sleepy.

The best essential oil I found to use in my diffuser for sleep is the Lavender Essential Oil.

Some other good essential oils to use in an oil diffuser to help you sleep are Valerian Oil, Clary Sage, Sweet Marjoram, Roman Chamomile and Bergamot essential oils.

I like the effects of essential oils but you have to consider that each organism has its own reaction to this. Personally, another way helps me more. I take a hot bath with cbd bath salts 50g on Provacan when I'm too tired to fall asleep quickly.

This relaxes muscles very well and can even anesthetize a little if I am after a hard workout.

My mom suffers from chronic insomnia and the only thing that helps her sleep is cbd capsules

It's been six months since she started taking them. She had forgotten now that she had such a problem.
