Babies do understand kisses although the baby may not understand what the kisses mean until they are around 1 year of age.

Once the baby reaches 1 year of age they begin to understand affection and kisses as affectionate and they begin to enjoy getting kisses more.

My babies began to give me kisses back after they reached 1 year of age and they showed that they loved me and they knew that I loved them and still love them.

Every time I would give my baby a kiss on their cheek they would smile and laugh and it made me smile and laugh as well.

Having my babies was one of the best things to happen in my life and they make life worth living.

If you're feeling sad a baby can always lift your spirits up.
