Shoveling snow manually using a snow shovel is a wonderful workout and can help you lose weight as well.
When you shovel snow with a snow shovel and do it properly you work your glutes, hamstrings, quads, abs, low back, upper back, and shoulders.
Snow shoveling is a good cardio workout but just don't overdo it because there have been people that did too much snow shoveling and actually had a heart attack.
