Yes hair does go through cycles of falling out as it regrows constantly.
Even though you may not notice you have hair falling out everyday which is normal which makes way for new hair to grow in.
So day in and day out hair falls out and new hair grows in.
I do notice that when I comb my hair some hair does fall out or even I can be sitting at my computer and when I bend over and get my head over the keyboard the hair gets out in a few strands onto the keyboard and then I have to clean that hair off.
So yes hair does fall out in cycles and then regrows constantly which is normal.
Even when you shower it's normal to lose some hair or even when you comb your hair and nothing is wrong with your hair or hair follicles when that happens.
It's just a very natural process that happens to everyone.
Now if your hair is falling out in handfuls ore more then there could be an issue with hair loss but just a little hair falling out is nothing to be worried about.
