When I had chilblains on my toes I would soak my toes in some apple cider vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes.

Then after drying the toes off I would apply some witch hazel to the toes where the chilblains were or even some calamine lotion.

After 3 to 4 days of doing the above the chilblains started healing and went away and the witch hazel and calamine lotion helped to stop the itching of the chilblains.

Most cases of chilblains heal on their own without any treatment within 1 week to 3 weeks.

You can help speed up the healing process of the chilblains by applying some witch hazel or some calamine lotion to the chilblains and that should help it heal within a few days to a week.

The witch hazel or calamine lotion can also help the chilblains stop itching was can be irritating and you should avoid scratching the chilblains because that can damage the skin.

If the chilblains are on your feet you can soak your feet in some apple cider vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes or an hour and that can help the chilblains heal faster as well.

It can also soothe the itching of the chilblains as well and soothe your feet.

In some cases your doctor may need to prescribe you some over the counter cream to get rid of the chilblains faster.

But usually home remedies for the chilblains will work.
