Yes fish can and do come back to life after being frozen.
A lot of fish contain a special kind of natural antifreeze substance which prevents them from freezing to death in the frozen water.
So it's possible for some fish to freeze during winter and then come back to life.
We did this experiment in school years ago in science class and when we froze the fish alive and then thawed the fish out the next day the fish came back to life as soon as it was thawed out.
So yes fish do come alive after being frozen which is a miraculous thing and I wish humans could do that instead of freezing to death they would just be frozen solid and then thaw out and come back to life.
