Oranges are healthy for you and packed full of Vitamin C but oranges are not really considered to be Keto friendly and shouldn't really be eaten on the Keto Diet.

Eating oranges on the Keto diet could cause your body to get out of Ketosis which is not very good if you're trying to lose weight and stay in the Keto diet.

Some Keto friendly fruits that you can eat on the Keto diet are Avocado, Lemons, Raspberries, Tomatoes, Star Fruit, Cantaloupe and Watermelon.

Just don't overeat those fruits because even those fruits when eaten too much on the Keto diet could cause you to get out of the ketosis.

The time it takes to get out of Ketosis is between 16 hours to 24 hours depending on your body.

When you start getting into Ketosis it can take up to 2 to 4 days to actually get your body into Ketosis.

Then when you decide to take your body out of Ketosis and return to eating and consuming more calories your body should be out of ketosis within 16 hours but sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to be fully out of ketosis.

The time it takes for your body to get into and out of Ketosis can vary from person to person and can also depend on factors like physical activity level, age, metabolism, and carb, fat, and protein intake.

However most people get into Ketosis within 2 to 3 days and then when they decide to get out of Ketosis they are usually out of Ketosis within one day at most.

Going into and out of Ketosis does help with weight loss as long as you follow through with it properly and get plenty of exercise as well.
