Will scrap yards buy scrap metal from a person that lives out of State?

I will be taking a road trip to see some family and the state I'm going to has better scrap metal prices and I was wondering can I take this scrap metal out of state with me and will the scrap yard purchase this scrap metal from me since my drivers license will be from a different state?

Most scrap yards should buy it from you with no problems.

People do have different houses and live in different states once in awhile so as long as everything is legit and you got the scrap metal legit then it should be no problem to sell the scrap metal out of state.
