Does running everyday help improve your health?

How far should I run each day to improve my health?

Running is very good exercise and helps get the heart rate up which helps increase blood flow.

You don't have to run everyday but if you have time for it then it's a good thing to do keep your heart healthy.

I remember hearing a saying. A body in motion stays in motion and I guess it's true as I know a 90 year old man that has stayed active and running almost everyday of his life and he says he still feels young.
