Around 80 to 90 percent of people who have a first heart attack survive and go on to have a long lifespan and as long as they change their lifestyle and eat more healthy, get more exercise etc then the person may not experience another heart attack in their life.

It's also estimated that every 40 seconds somewhere in America someone has a heart attack.

Out of the 100 percent of people that have a heart attack in America around only 14 percent of those people who experience a heart attack die from it.

When you have a heart attack you need to get medical attention right away and if not then you'll likely die soon after.

You can use an aspirin under your tongue to help stop a heart attack or ask your doctor about some nitroglycerin pills to take when you experience chest pain which helps to stop a heart attack.

If you want to try and prevent a possible heart attack you should get plenty of exercise, eat healthy and stay active etc.

Always get your heart checked out and keep your blood pressure lowered to a good level and avoid stress because high blood pressure can cause heart disease and heart attacks.
