Yes apricots are good for constipation because apricots are pretty high in fiber and if you eat enough apricots you will soon be pooping.
I notice that when I eat a bowl full of apricots I start getting stomach cramps and then I have diarrhea which is not always bad.
I love apricots so I have to watch how many I eat but sometimes I will eat too many apricots and then have to go to the toilet soon after.
