Sometimes allergies can become worse in winter especially when you're more cooped up indoors during the winter months.

Winter allergens such as pet dander, dust mites, mold, roach droppings etc all can cause you to be allergic more due to being exposed to those potential allergens more because you're inside more.

There's also the possibility of being allergic to the cold weather so you could sneeze or have other allergy related symptoms during the cold weather.

It's best to use an air purifier and try to get outside as much as possible even during the cold winter weather.

Just because it's cold outside it doesn't mean you must stay cooped up indoors and being cooped up indoors during the winter can make you sick and possibly get the flu or cold virus easier as well.

We all need fresh air and exercise and you can still go outside during cold weather as long as you bundle up properly.
