When a person is embalmed it does not involve removing the bodies organs.
A persons organs may be removed from the body in the hospital for donation to other bodies if the person was an organ donor.
If the person who died was not an organ donor then they will not remove the persons organs.
During embalming it's best for the organs to be inside the body and hooked up because the funeral home worker will send the embalming fluid through the dead persons veins after removing the blood.
The embalming fluid is meant to replace the bodies blood which helps to preserve the body from decay.
The body will eventually decay and decompose but it can take 50 or more years for the embalmed body to decompose whereas if the blood was left in and the body was not embalmed the body would likely decompose within a few years or so.
