Not everyone who has a heart attack will experience another heart attack but it is possible.

If you do have one heart attack and survive you need to change your lifestyle and eat healthier as well as get more exercise to keep your heart healthy.

Sitting around and being inactive is bad for your heart health and overall health as well.

If you do have one heart attack you should be prepared just in case you have another heart attack and especially if you live alone you should get signed up for an emergency medical button to summon emergency services if you're away from a phone or unable to call 911.

If you think you're having a heart attack you need to call 911 or have someone call 911 right away because a heart attack can kill someone soon after if you don't get medical attention.

My Grandpa had a heart attack at age 70 and then never had another heart attack and lived until 110 years old.

He changed his lifestyle and ate more healthy and got more exercise.

So by changing his lifestyle and being more active he lived another 40 years.

Not everyone will live longer just because of exercise and eating healthy but being active and eating healthy is good for you anyway.
