The difference between your eosinophils and basophils is that your eosinophils are there to provide defense against parasites by phagocytosis and produces antihistamines to help your body fight off allergies and infections.

The basophils in your body stimulate inflammation responses by releasing heparin, histamine, and serotonin.

So basophils and eosinophils are somewhat similar but they do have a difference in the way they produce things for your body.

But you need both basophils and eosinophils to work together to provide the best protection against viruses and other illnesses.

So it's important for the basophils and eosinophils to be at the correct levels and not deficient.
