Getting disability payments for agoraphobia is possible if your doctor can prove that you cannot work a job because the agoraphobia is affecting your ability to cope with the world and work.
It's not easy anymore to get disability payments approved for health issues like it used to be.
But even if you've been denied disability payments for your agoraphobia or other health issues you can and still should try again until you get approved.
Some people have to try at least 3 to 5 times to get approved for disability but eventually they do.
Agoraphobia can and does affect a persons ability to work in the world because they can have the agoraphobia so severe enough that it makes it very difficult for them to get out of the house.
I know a few people who do get disability payments for agoraphobia so it is possible.
But disability barely pays enough to live on so if possible try to do some work even work at home jobs to earn an income.
