You can also drink a glass of warm water with some lemon juice in the warm water and the lemon juice will also help improve your digestion and help your bowels move along so that you can poop.
When you're constipated it's usually because you're dehydrated or not getting enough fluids such as water to keep water in your stool and colon.
When you poop dries out due to lack of water then you become constipated so by staying hydrated you can help prevent constipation.
Drinking some prune juice, apple juice or eating prunes or other high fiber foods can also help you get your bowels moving and make you poop.
