Yes in the morning and evening your body temperature is a bit higher by at least a few degrees.
When you get ready to go to bed your body temperature goes down a few degrees to help prepare your body for sleep.
Then in the morning as you wake up your body temperature rises again to help wake you up and the cooler temperature helps you fall asleep and stay asleep.
Normal body temperature during the day is around 97.8 F and even 99.7 F and any higher than that your body temperature is likely too high and you have a fever and need to bring it down.
Sometimes a fever in some people can be a temperature of 99.5 F to 100.9 F and if your temperature doesn't go down normally then you need to go to the emergency room or urgent care for treatment.
