Breast tissue becoming more dense with age is normal especially in woman who have less body fat.

The skinnier you are the more dense your breast tissue will likely become as you age which is really normal and happens to a lot of women including myself.

Usually woman who are obese tend to not have the breast tissue becoming more dense but skinnier woman may notice a more dense breast tissue.

You may not have enough hormones being produced as well which is normal in some women and you can do hormone therapy if you don't want your breast tissue more dense.

However having breast tissue that is dense can make it harder to detect possible breast cancer in a mammogram but it's not always a bad thing to have breast tissue that is more dense.
