How much cinnamon should I take for weight loss?

When using cinnamon for weight loss you should use 1 to 2 tablespoons of cinnamon per day in your tea, coffee etc.

Don't eat just the cinnamon straight off the spoon because it can choke you and possibly kill you.

So mix the cinnamon in some warm tea, coffee, warm water etc and drink at least a couple drinks with cinnamon per day to help you lose weight.

You still need to exercise along with taking the cinnamon daily and watch your calorie intake when losing weight.

The cinnamon alone will help you lose weight but without exercise and a proper diet you cannot really lose much weight.

Exercise and eating healthy also helps improve your health overall so you'll be more fit, active etc.
