You can safely eat steak and other meats while pregnant as long as you make sure the steak or any other meats are fully cooked.
That means that when cooking the steak or any meat make sure that the meat has been cooked all the way through and it's not cooked as rare or medium.
The steak needs to be fully cooked to kill off any potential bacteria in the meat that could cause issues with the baby and the pregnancy.
I've eaten steak while pregnant but made sure it was well done and if it needed cooked more I would cook it some more.
