For some people blood pressure is high when having a heart attack.
But for some other people the blood pressure may not be high while having a heart attack or may not change in pressure at all.
Having high blood pressure though as in 180 or over is getting dangerously high and can lead to a heart attack, stroke etc if not treated.
You should take your blood pressure reading every month or once per week just to be sure your blood pressure is normal.
Normal blood pressure reading for most people is around 120 over 80 but even 135 over 85 can be normal.
When your blood pressure gets higher than 135 over 85 then you're getting into pre hypertension and need to get it to go down.
Drinking some apple cider vinegar can help lower your blood pressure or if you're feeling up to it just taking a simple 5 or 15 minute walk can help you naturally lower your blood pressure.
Taking a walk is also good exercise as well.
Dark chocolate and cocoa can also help lower your blood pressure as well as drinking some water.
Sometimes you may need to take some blood pressure medicine to lower your blood pressure if your blood pressure gets way to high.
