Yes you can use baking soda to naturally remove plaque from your teeth.

The baking soda will help protect your teeth against demineralization, which is a chemical process that removes calcium from from your tooth enamel.

I use baking soda every few days along with my regular teeth brushing with regular toothpaste and it does work to remove plaque from my teeth.

I also sometimes mix hydrogen peroxide with the baking soda instead of plain water which also not only removes plaque from my teeth but also helps to keep my teeth whitened as well.

Hydrogen peroxide is also used in many teeth whitening products such as teeth whitening strips etc.

Flossing and gargling with antiseptic mouthwash or apple cider vinegar or even gargling with some hydrogen peroxide can keep plaque from building up on your teeth and help get rid of and kill bacteria on your teeth.
