When a baby has a diaper blowout with their poop it happens mostly at the back of the diaper where it's hard to seal the diaper up.

The diaper may be either too large or too small causing the diaper blowout and it can happen with all brands of diapers.

When a baby has explosive poop it can also create air which then pushes the poop up and out the back of the babies diaper.

I've also had blowouts of my sons diapers through the legs as well when he was really little.

It's gonna happen and you need to keep a change of clothes along with the diapers because they'll need new clean clothes at some point during a diaper change.

If it's warm and your baby has a blowout of their diaper and gets poop on their clothes then you can just let the baby go around in just a diaper if you forgot any clothes.

I've forgotten clothes for my babies and even 3 year old son before and he had diarrhea that leaked out his diaper and even being 3 years old I had to let him wear just his diaper in public and go finish the shopping.
