How much weight can you lose in a month with intermittent fasting?

If you do the intermittent fasting correctly and don't break the intermittent fasting you should drop between 3 to 5 lbs of weight in a month.

Most people who do intermittent fasting to lose weight lose at least 10 lbs of weight in 2 months.

So that would be 5 lbs of weight loss per month.

If you do the intermittent fasting over a year then if you lose 5 lbs of weight per month then in 12 months which is a year you would lose 60 lbs of weight in a year which is pretty good.

If you want to loose more weight than that then you should also exercise and eat healthy in between the intermittent fasting.

If you don't get enough exercise or eat the wrong foods that cause weight gain then you won't lose much weight.

So do the intermittent fasting, get plenty of exercise and eat right and you may even lose 100 lbs in a year.

But even if you lose only 50 to 60 lbs of weight in a years time that still is a pretty good drop in weight.
