As long as you eat the cottage cheese in moderation you can lose weight when eating the cottage cheese.
Eating cottage cheese is also good for your health and can help you feel full without needing to eat too much other food.
However if you do eat too much cottage cheese then it can be fattening and you may actually put on more weight instead of losing weight.
I still lost weight when I did exercise and ate cottage cheese mostly along with some other fruits and vegetables.
Just don't overdo the cottage cheese and you should lose weight.
Just eating cottage cheese won't cause you to lose a lot of weight but if you exercise etc then you can lose weight while eating cottage cheese.
