Yes if your doctor approves the need for a blood pressure monitor and requires you to monitor your blood pressure at home then Medicaid will usually pay for the cost of a home based blood pressure monitor.

Blood pressure monitors are not all that expensive though either so even if Medicaid doesn't pay for your blood pressure monitor you can still pretty easily pay for a blood pressure monitor out of pocket.

That is if you have enough income to do so but they are not all that expensive to purchase unlike other medical equipment.

I bought a blood pressure monitor for myself and only paid around $20.00 on ebay for it so it's not that much money.

If you're a veteran the VA should provide you with a blood pressure monitor free of charge as well.
