Sneezing just like having an actual orgasm does release the same endorphins.
But when you orgasm you're getting a sexual feeling while when you're sneezing you're not doing it for sexual reasons nor do you have sexual feelings when sneezing.
So no in my opinion sneezing is not the same as having a sexual orgasm although some people do think so.
Research has also shown that it's true that sneezing is not the same as an orgasm.
Having an orgasm would be either having sex with a partner or masturbating yourself and exploding sperm or the fluid that the woman expels when they have an orgasm from masturbating.
