Sugar gliders can and do make good house pets once the sugar glider gets used to you and the family.
The sugar glider when it's just first getting used to you and the family will be reluctant to be petted or held and may even bite you.
But once the sugar glider gets used to being around you and the family and begins trusting you then they will rarely bite unless they feel threatened.
If you treat the sugar glider properly and give it love they will also give you love back.
Sugar gliders are not the best house pet for everyone but they do make good house pets for some people.
A sugar glider also requires lots of care and usually as much care as a cat or even sometimes more care.
