You can help to strengthen your bodies immune system by eating healthy such as eating fruits and vegetables containing vitamins and other nutrients.
Get plenty of exercise and drink natural juices such as orange juice, carrot juice and other fruit juices too.
Also be sure to try and get plenty of sleep and maintain a healthy weight.
