Some symptoms of egg intolerance are fatigue, tiredness, stomach aches, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, severe migraines or headaches, Stomach Bloating, IBS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and even some skin problems such as skin rash, eczema, itchy skin and sometimes acne.

People with an egg intolerance have trouble digesting eggs and the eggs when eaten upsets the persons stomach.

Another possibility that the eggs are causing your stomach to hurt is because on an egg allergy.

The egg allergy develops when the body's immune system becomes sensitized and overreacts to proteins that are in the eggs.

So if you eat eggs and your stomach continues to hurt after eating only eggs then you should see your doctor or an allergists to find out and get tested to see if you're allergic to eggs.

It's likely just that you have an egg allergy or intolerance to eggs which is not too severe as long as you stop eating eggs.
