Whether or not you can drive with a bad radiator hose depends on how bad the radiator hose is.

If the radiator hose is getting bulges in it or the radiator hoses are getting stiff or extra soft in one spot then the radiator hoses are gonna eventually burst on you and leave you stranded and possibly damage the engine.

If you have a bad radiator hose you really should replace the radiator hose before it bursts on the side of the road and sends coolant everywhere.

The engine could also overheat and it could damage your engine.

If you can replace the radiator hose yourself then you can do it for around $10.00 to $40.00 depending on the cost of the radiator hose.

If you have a shop do it it might cost you $50.00 to $150.00 to replace the radiator hose.

If your radiator hoses are 10 years old or older you really should replace them because they will burst eventually.
