Yes I do get an erection when wearing disposable diapers and even when I just see the diapers I get an erection.
As soon as I see a diaper or package of diapers even baby diapers or adult diapers or see diaper commercials I get an erection as well.
I'm not sure why I get an erection when I see or wear diapers but I guess it's the way my brain is wired and the way your brain is wired as well.

Some people are also turned on by cars, carnival rides etc.
