Yes it's okay to want to wear diapers for comfort or for sexual feelings.
For me the diapers I wear are for both comfort and sexual feelings as I both get turned on by wearing disposable diapers and I love the comfort of wearing diapers.
When the diaper gets wet or poop filled it becomes even more sexual feeling to me and I want to masturbate in my wet and poop filled diapers.
