When you've ate something that contained salmonella then the salmonella poisoning symptoms usually occur within 12 to 72 hours after you've become infected with the salmonella.

The most common symptoms of salmonella poisoning are diarrhea, abdominal cramping, and fever.

When you have diarrhea you will have loose and not bloody diarrhea.

You may also have nausea, vomiting, headache, and muscle aches along with the other salmonella symptoms and if you do you should see a doctor or go to urgent care or the emergency room just to be safe.

Salmonella disease is a bacterial disease that affects the intestinal tract and you can get infected through contaminated food or even water.
