If you take a man's sperm and then wipe it up inside your vagina then it is possible that you might get pregnant by doing that.
However you would really need to push the sperm up inside you such as putting the sperm on your finger and then push your finger inside your vagina to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
The best way though to get pregnant is to have sex with a man and then when the man has his penis inside your vagina and ejaculates inside your vagina the sperm can make it's way to the egg properly so that it can hopefully fertilize with your egg.
That's one way of increasing your chances of becoming pregnant as long as both you and your man are fertile and your man has a good sperm count and your eggs are fertile then you're likely to become pregnant.
I've known a few woman who did just push sperm up inside there vagina and they did get pregnant so it's possible but sex is a natural and fun thing to do and without it we wouldn't be born.
