Cervical cancer is a cancer of the cervix so if you have underwent surgery to get your cervix removed fully then you are no longer at risk of cervical cancer.

Some people who are at risk of cervical cancer have their cervix removed so that they no longer are at risk of developing cervical cancer.

If you just had the hysterectomy where they preserved your cervix then you could still get cervical cancer but when you no longer have your cervix in your body then there's no way to develop or get cervical cancer.

So if your family has a history of cervical cancer then it might be a good idea to remove the cervix or wait until you possibly get cervical cancer.
