Most professional plumbers will not use any SharkBite plumbing fittings although they are pretty reliable fittings and I've never had a SharkBite fitting leak.
Professional plumbers do not recommend the use of SharkBite fittings and mostly SharkBite push to connect plumbing fittings are more for the Do It Yourself person or handyman that does some simple plumbing repairs.
Professional plumbers will usually use clamps for Pex with a Pex installation tool or use PVC or copper and brass pipes to make reliable and professional plumbing connections.
Most new homes today that are built use the Pex plumbing where they use a Pex crimping tool to make the plumbing connections.
In that case although the SharkBite fittings would work the professional plumber would not use them to make the connection.
The plumber wants to make sure they do good work and so they will clamp the Pex plumbing together using the clamps and tool to crimp the rings around the Pex plumbing.
