No you should not use Windex or any other harsh cleaners that contain ammonia on a glass stove top.
The ammonia that Windex contains in it will cause damages such as surface scratches to the glass stove top.
You can use some baking soda and water along with some dish soap to clean the glass stove top.
Or use some degreaser that doesn't contain ammonia such as Purple Power degreaser which works great for cleaning all kinds of surfaces including your glass stove top.
The last time I tried some Windex on a glass stove top it left the surface scratches so you should never use Windex or any ammonia based cleaners on the stove top.
You can also buy at Walmart or any other stores some cleaner made for Glass Stove Tops and it's called Glass Stove Top cleaner.
It's made specifically for safely cleaning glass stove tops.
