There's no harm in putting anti seize compound on the Autolite spark plugs but I personally never have done so.
I've easily removed Autolite Spark plugs and many other brands of spark plugs without a problem when I never used anti seize nor did someone else use the anti seize on the spark plugs.
Using anti seize can help prevent the possibility of the Autolite Spark plugs or other spark plugs from becoming seized or had to come out of the spark plug hole.
But it's not required to use the anti seize on the spark plug threads.
It would be a good idea though to put some dielectric grease on the spark plug to keep the spark plug boot from becoming stuck on the spark plug which they will do eventually.
Usually though when I replace spark plugs I replace the spark plug wires as well so that's not too much of a problem because I can just cut the spark plug wire boot off the spark plug.
