Is Hiking good for losing weight?

Yes Hiking is a very good exercise when you want to lose weight.

Hiking burns off a lot of calories because it puts your body to work hiking especially when you hike up mountains.

I went hiking for a year and lost 100 lbs of weight which I really needed to lose and the hiking was fun as well.

When you hike you also improve your heart health and it gets the blood circulating as well so not only will you lose weight hiking you'll improve your health, prevent heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and you'll have fun in the process.

I still love to go hiking when I can and it's helped me keep healthy and helped to keep the weight off so I won't gain back the weight.

Hiking is the best form of exercise and is good outdoor fun.
